The river flows and it’s beautiful to watch the river flowing, and to get that sense of movement, breath and fluidity in our yoga practice. Come and join us, Saturday mornings, 9.15-1030, and Mondays 10.00-11.15
Finding balance is vital. It’s so important to take some time out, away from the rush of life…… a bit of space in the little Shepherd’s Hut might help you find your balance.
